It is a compact error absorption unit that slides lightly and smoothly due to the cross-linear guide, and can be locked after returning to the center position under pressure.
The error can be absorbed within a range of Φ1mm to Φ3mm (for Φ20) centered around the center position. Additionally, it is possible to return to and lock the center position from a misaligned state due to air pressure.
